Before connecting business systems or using client information, we agree what access is needed and which tools are suitable. Sensitive information calls for a specific discussion about permissions, supplier terms and handling requirements.

We define where tools can act and where a person needs to approve a step. A prototype is not permission to send messages, change live systems or make purchases.

No. Scope, complexity, integrations and feedback still determine the work involved. We agree the deliverables and price around your project.
