The App is intended for personal use only.
3. HomeKit Integration
KitFlow requires access to Apple HomeKit in order to function.

- HomeKit permissions are granted by you through iOS
- KitFlow reads accessory and home information only as needed for scheduling
- KitFlow does not control devices outside your configured automations
KitFlow does not modify HomeKit permissions beyond user consent.

- You will use the App only for lawful purposes
- You understand that HomeKit execution depends on Apple system availability
- Scheduled actions may depend on accessory connectivity and Home hub status

6. Intellectual Property

- Improve performance
- Update compatibility
- Remove features if required for technical or legal reasons
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
OPEXPER shall not be liable for:
- Automation failures caused by HomeKit or accessory issues
- Missed schedules due to device state or connectivity
- Indirect or consequential damages arising from App use
Use of KitFlow is at your own discretion and risk.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.
