SnagMyHome is a property snagging and issue-tracking application designed to help users:
- Create and manage snag lists for properties
- Record issues, notes, and observations
- Attach photos to snag items
- Track snag status (e.g. Open, In Progress, Fixed, Verified)
- Organise and review snag information in one place
The App is intended for personal, informational, and organisational use only.
3. No Professional, Legal, or Building Advice
SnagMyHome does not provide professional, legal, surveying, or building advice.
- All information entered into the App is user-generated
- The App does not assess, validate, or verify snag items
- Any actions taken based on the information recorded are at your own discretion and risk
You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.
4. User Responsibilities
By using SnagMyHome, you agree that:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter
- You will use the App for lawful purposes only
- You understand that snag information is for tracking and reference purposes
- You acknowledge that snag statuses, notes, and photos are informational and may not reflect actual completion or resolution
SnagMyHome does not mediate disputes between users, developers, builders, or third parties.
5. Data and Privacy
our use of SnagMyHome is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- All data entered into the App remains under your control
- Deleting the App removes locally stored data
- Optional iCloud syncing stores data within your personal Apple iCloud account

6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and functionality within SnagMyHome are the intellectual property of OPEXPER.
You may not:

- Use branding or assets without permission
7. App Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to
- Modify or discontinue features of the App
- Update the App to improve performance, security, or compatibility
- Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or technical reasons
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- OPEXPER shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App
- This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, incorrect records, missed snags, or misunderstandings
- Use of SnagMyHome is entirely at your own risk

You may stop using SnagMyHome at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to the App if these Terms are violated.
