- View summaries of shared expenses
The App is intended for personal, informational, and organisational use only.
3. No Financial or Legal Advice
TabsUp does not provide financial, accounting, or legal advice.
- All information presented in the App is for tracking and organisational purposes only
- TabsUp does not process payments or act as a financial intermediary
- Users are responsible for resolving disputes and settling balances independently
- Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk
- TabsUp does not handle or store payment details and does not facilitate money transfers between users.
4. User Responsibilities
By using TabsUp, you agree that:
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.
- You will use the App only for lawful purposes.
- You understand that reminders, calculations, and summaries are estimates and may not be error-free.
- This includes, but is not limited to, incorrect splits, missed payments, disputed balances, or misunderstandings between users.
- You acknowledge that TabsUp is a tracking tool only and does not mediate or resolve disputes between users.
- All settlements and payments are the responsibility of the users involved.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of TabsUp is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell or share personal data.
- Data entered into the App remains under your control.
- Deleting the App removes locally stored data.

- Modify or discontinue features at any time
- Update the App to improve performance or security
- Suspend access if required for maintenance or legal reasons
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- OPEXPER shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
- This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, missed reminders, or incorrect calculations, including, but not limited to, incorrect splits, missed payments, disputed balances, or misunderstandings between users.
Use of TabsUp is at your own risk.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your device.
We reserve the right to terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to conflict of law principles.
