2. Description of the App
TrueAuth is a secure authenticator application that generates time-based one-time passwords (2FA codes) for supported services.
Features include:
Secure storage of authentication secrets
Time-based code generation
Biometric protection (Face ID / Touch ID)
Optional encrypted export and import
The App is intended for personal use only.
3. No Account / No Data Ownership
By using TrueAuth, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for securing your device
You are responsible for safely storing backup codes
You are responsible for managing exported data
You will use the App only for lawful purposes
You acknowledge that:
Loss of access to your device or backups may result in permanent loss of your authentication data
4. User Responsibilities
TrueAuth:
Does not require user accounts
Does not store or access your data
Does not operate servers
All data:
Exists only on your device
Is fully controlled by you

5. Data Export and Backup Responsibility
TrueAuth may allow encrypted export of your data.
You agree that:
Exported files are your responsibility
You must store them securely
Loss or compromise of exported data is outside our control
👉 We do not store, transmit, or recover exported data.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
OPEXPER shall not be liable for:
Loss of authentication data
Loss of access to accounts
Missed or invalid authentication codes
Device-related issues or failures
Indirect or consequential damages

11. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate use of the App if these Terms are violated.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
