• Asset generation and platform selections

• File and folder locations explicitly selected by you

These files and settings are used solely to provide the functionality you request.

App Asset Studio does not collect:

• Personal identifiers
• Usage analytics

• Device identifiers

• Browsing or activity data
• Tracking information

We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking technologies.

3. How Your Information Is Used

Any data or files processed by App Asset Studio are used solely to:

• Process source artwork selected by you
• Generate Apple platform assets and icon files
• Create asset catalogues and associated files
• Apply the generation options selected by you
• Validate generated asset output
• Save generated assets to locations selected by you
• Remember applicable local preferences required for App functionality

Your data is never used for advertising, profiling, analytics, tracking, or marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

• App Asset Studio processes your source images and assets locally on your Mac.
• Source artwork is not uploaded by App Asset Studio to external servers.
• Generated assets are created locally on your device.
• Generated files are saved only to locations selected or authorised by you.
• App Asset Studio does not operate a cloud storage service for your assets.
• We do not maintain a remote database containing your artwork or generated assets.
• Reasonable technical measures are used to protect locally stored application data.

Please note that no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, but we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect information handled by the App.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data or artwork with third parties.
Your data is not shared with:

App Asset Studio is designed to perform asset processing locally on your Mac.

6. File System Access Disclaimer

App Asset Studio requires file system access only when necessary to open source artwork or save generated assets in locations you explicitly choose.

The App may access:

• Images or artwork you explicitly select
• Folders you explicitly select for generated assets
• Previously authorised locations where macOS permits the App to retain access

The App:

• Does not scan your files or folders
• Does not access unrelated files
• Does not monitor your file system
• Does not transmit your files to OPEXPER
• Does not access locations without the permissions required by macOS

File system actions are initiated by you or are performed as a direct result of options and locations you have
previously selected within the App.

7. Image and Asset Processing

Images and artwork selected in App Asset Studio are processed locally on your Mac for the purpose of generating the assets you request.

App Asset Studio may resize, convert, modify or otherwise process copies of selected source artwork as required to create the requested output.

Your original source artwork is not intentionally modified or overwritten by the App.
Generated assets are written to the export location selected by you.

Your source images and generated assets are not uploaded to OPEXPER servers for processing.

8. Your Rights and Control

You remain in control of your files and data at all times.

• All source artwork remains under your control.
• Generated assets are stored at locations selected by you.
• You may delete generated files at any time using macOS.
• You control which source files and folders App Asset Studio may access.
• You may manage file and folder permissions using macOS where applicable.
• No copies of your source artwork or generated assets are retained by OPEXPER.

Because we do not collect or retain your personal data or artwork on our servers, there is generally no external personal data held by OPEXPER for you to request, export, or delete in relation to your use of App Asset Studio.

9. Children’s Privacy

App Asset Studio is not intended for use by children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

• Any changes will be reflected on this page.
